The Reverend Calvin A. Chandler, A 21st century prognosticator of the Kingdom of God. He is a relevant teacher, a practical preacher and an anointed mouthpiece of God.  His humorous character makes for effective preaching. He stands firm on the Word of God, teaching and preaching holiness. He confesses with Peter that Jesus is the Christ the SON of the Living God. His assignment is to uproot and tear down the evil domains of today’s culture and implement kingdom strategies.

Rev. Chandler was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He was educated in the New York City Public School system. He attended  Nyack College, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Pastoral Ministry.

Rev. Chandler is a proud a dedicated member of The Mount Sinai Baptist Church, Brooklyn NY, where the Reverend Dr. Curtis L. Whitney is Senior Pastor Emeritus. Rev. Chandler loves his church and is very active.  He serves as an assoicate to the Senior Pastor, overseer of the youth ministry, member of the Evangelism ministry and Media Coordinator.  

Rev. Chandler is an organizing member and director of The Consuming Fire Fellowship, Brooklyn NY.  He also serves as a youth advisor and mentor to youth and young adults from all walks of life and is known as a big brother to many.  He was proud to be a part of the Overcomer’s Ministry in the Broadway House Women’s Shelter, ministering to the residents. With the aid of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus, many people were saved, healed, delivered and set free; they were also able to find apartments and reunite with their family. He also taught online bible study, teaching biblical principles every week that has reached several nations for Kingdom advancement and ministers to thousands.

Rev. Chandler accepted Christ at an early age at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and was baptized by his Pastor, Dr. Whitney. He started building God's Kingdom and preached his first sermon at the young age of 14 entitled "Stay in Your Place." He has been doing the will of God ever since not letting anything get in his way.

Rev. Chandler was elevated to the office of Elder, and ordained in God’s Holy Church on May 29, 2009 in the Pentecostal church. On Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 10am, on the recommendation of his pastor, the The Rev. Dr. Curtis L. Whitney, the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, and upon approval of the ordination council of the Eastern Baptist Association, Inc. Calvin A Chandler was ordained into the Gospel Ministry.  His favorite scripture is Isaiah 54:17. His mottos are "If the leadership is shaky the followship doesn’t stand a chance," and "Keep your hands clean."

Rev. Chandler truly loves the Lord. He knows he has been called and chosen for such a time as this to preach and teach the unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a great love for children. He believes all children should have the chance to be great, but we as adults must nurture and guide them. His ministry is geared towards saving young people and teaching them that holiness is right, and the wages of sin is death.

Minister Estelle Smart is a native of New Jersey.  She has been a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church for over 40 years where she served as musician for the young people, young adult choir and the combined choirs which is called the Voices.  She now serves as Minister of Music at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.  Minister Smart is the chairperson of the Evangelism Ministry.  In years past, they have held annual Tent Revials.

Min. Smart is currently a member of the Gospel Music Workshop of America founded by the late Reverend James Cleveland where she works with the National Youth Department.  She sang  with the "New Jersey Mass Choir under the direction of Reverend Donnie Harper. Minister Smart was the leader for the New Jersey Young Adult Choir.

Min. Smart attended Columbia University for Business; Eastern Bible Institute, Irvington, NJ where she earned a Masters Degree in Theology; she is currently enrolled at Presuma Life School of Ministry, Rahway, NJ, and pursuing a certificate in Theology from the Oral Roberts University.

Min. Smart was licensed and ordained to preach the gospel in January 1990 by Reverend Sally Kindred.  She was licensed by the Rev. Dr. Curtis L. Whitney, and serves as an Associate Minister under his pastorate.

Minister Monica Johnson was born in the Jamaica, West Indies.  She is the first born of 10 children.  Minister Johnson is married to Mr. Noel Johnson.  She is the proud mother of three children, Pauling, Marcia and Ricardo, the grandmother of 10 and the great grandmother of 16. 

Min. Johnson was born again in 1994, praise be to God.  After her conversion she became an ordained Elder and Chaplin by the State of New York.  In January of 2016 her pastor, the Reverend Dr. Curtis L. Whitney, along with the Mt. Sinai family, licensed her to preach the gospel. 

Min. Johnson proclaims "through many dangers toils and snares she has already come.  It is with God's grace who has kept her safe this far and His grace will lead her home.  When nothing else can help, love lifted her."

Minister Gail Canty Fleming has been at Mt. Sinai her entire life.  She was baptized around age 13 by the late Rev. Dr. Lymon Lowe.  She was recently licensed into the Gospel Ministry, by her Pastor, the Rev. Dr. Curtis L. Whitney on February 28, 2016, when she preached C.P.R. ~ Christ Provides Regeneration.  She is the wife of Bro. Edward Fleming for 25 years now, and the proud mother of Joshua and Caleb. 

Min. Fleming has been working in Mt. Sinai from a very early age.  She has served faithfully as a choir member, beginning with Mr. Charles G. Archie up through Minister Estelle Smart.  She has taught Sunday School, served on the Trustee Ministry for many years, and was a Board member for the Credit Union.  She is a member of the Evangelism Ministry.  

Min. Fleming is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Biblical Studies at the Bethel Bible Institute in Jamaica, NY.  Her favorite scripture is:  "I will bless the Lord at all times:  His praise shall continually be in my mouth."
